I had a wonderful stay at Palazzina B - Smart Rooms. The owners were kind enough to allow me to check in early and were very responsive whenever I needed assistance. The room was spacious, clean, and decorated in a contemporary yet cozy style. It was located near a metro station and in close proximity to Genoa's main attractions. The double glazing ensured a peaceful sleep, despite the lively atmosphere outside. The attention to detail in the brand new furniture and bathroom was impressive. I also appreciated the environmentally friendly initiatives, as well as the complimentary amenities like free Wi-Fi and bottles of water. The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The room was cozy and clean, with contemporary decor and attention to detail. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the historic center, just steps away from the marina and harbor. The staff, especially Emi, provided excellent customer service and made me feel welcome and at home.
More breakfast choices would have been nice.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for places to visit and eat.
The lack of private parking can be a hassle and the alternative parking option is not secure.
